Presentation: Technological Process

I recently spoke to a group of IT students at Burnside High about the process and techniques we use on our projects. This primarily focused on the design process, a few stories about how we have tightened up the process and how it has benefited the business as a whole.

The Design process:

• Analysis: customer meeting,requirements gathering, proposal
• Concepts: ideas for meeting requirements (infrastructure/tools/interfaces)
• Development: building the final concept
• Review: final testing, quality assurance
• Delivery: final solution, customer sign off, invoicing
