CommunityCentral Drupal site launched

Egressive is proud to announce the launch of our latest Drupal project, CommunityCentral.  Over the coming months, volunteers working with as many as 3000 organisations in New Zealand will get a chance to dip their toes into the online collaboration waters.  We're hopeful, thanks in part to the good usability work provided by the CommunityCentral reference user group, that it will be a painless and perhaps even inspiring experience.

Egressive was engaged to build the site by a consortium of kiwi voluntary welfare organisations ably led by the NZ Federation for Voluntary Welfare Organisations and project manager Stephen Blyth. Alto Design in Wellington provided the site graphical layout and design.  Egressive implemented the design, provided Drupal configuration and custom development services, and the site is hosted on Egressive's Drupal hosting infrastructure.  

The current site reflects the first phase of the development - Egressive will be delivering further capabilities over the coming months.

Development of CommunityCentral is funded by grants from the Digital Strategy, Community Partnership Fund, the Lottery Community, and the JR McKenzie Trust.
