Richmond NZ Intranet
Richmond New Zealand Incorporated (Richmond) is a major national provider of community mental health and support services and required an upgrade of their intranet to provide more effective methods for staff to access internal information and to move towards decentralising content management.
The first stage of development focused on the following key areas:
- developing content types that reflected and refined the internal document structures
- search facilities to allow staff to effectively locate and access content
- integration with user profile information held in ActiveDirectory
- content management and roles to allow more people to take responsibility for the organisation's content
The intranet went live on 29 April, 2010.
